Digital Products

Event Bookings
The purchase of an event ticket gives you the right to attend the specific event described at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, event tickets are:

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes where necessary, including changes to venue, schedule, format, facilitators, content, or event structure.
If we cancel an event and do not reschedule it, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for your ticket. Our responsibility in that case is limited to the ticket price only. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, loss of income, or any other indirect expenses or losses associated with your booking.
Refunds
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant sales page or required by applicable law:
digital products are non-refundable
in-person event tickets are non-refundable
If you are unable to attend a booked event, we are not obliged to provide a refund, credit, or transfer. Any exception will be at our sole discretion.
